1.催款的艺术 (优雅版)

  • 别说: Please pay me now! (太生硬像讨债)
  • 进阶版: "Could we kindly settle the outstanding invoice by [具体日期] to avoid any payment delays?" (优雅提醒)
  • 翻译: “亲,麻烦[日期]前把账结一下呗?咱别拖,拖了容易忘~”
  • 升级版: "A gentle reminder regarding Invoice #123 which is past due. We'd appreciate your prompt attention to this matter." (正式不失礼貌)
  • 翻译: “#123号账单它…过期了,望亲垂怜,速速处理!”


2.客户砍价?这样接招!

  • 别说: Our price is the best! (王婆卖瓜)
  • 价值传递版: "While we understand your concern, our pricing reflects the superior quality, stringent QC, and dedicated after-sales support that ensures long-term value." (强调价值)
  • 翻译: “贵?贵有贵的道理!咱家质量杠杠的,售后随叫随到,买的是安心!”
  • 灵活应对版: "To meet your budget, perhaps we could adjust the order quantity or revise the payment terms? Let's explore options." (提供替代方案)
  • 翻译: “预算紧?咱聊聊加量减价?或者分期付款?”

3.修改合同?用词要精准!
  • 别说: Let's change the contract. (太随意,风险高)
  • 专业版: "We propose amending Clause 5.2 regarding the delivery schedule. Please review the revised draft." (明确修改点)
  • 翻译: “咱动动第5.2条交货时间那块儿,新稿已发,请查收!”
  • 确认版: "Could you please initial the amendments on page 3?" (要求书面确认)
  • 翻译: “改过的地方,劳驾在第三页签个名儿确认下呗?”


4.货物延误/丢失?优雅甩锅&推进
  • 别说: The goods are lost. Sorry. (太消极,客户更慌)
  • 行动派版: "We've been notified of a delay/hold-up in transit. We're urgently liaising with the carrier and will provide a revised ETA/potential solutions ASAP." (展现行动力)
  • 翻译: “物流它…卡住了!别急,我正跟快递小哥(公司)Battle呢,有新消息马上飞鸽传书!”
  • 索赔预备版: "We'll initiate a trace investigation and file a formal claim with the logistics provider if necessary. We apologize for the inconvenience." (表明后续动作)
  • 翻译: “已经启动‘人肉搜索’模式,必要时候找物流公司算账!这波是我们的锅,先滑跪…”


5.催客户做决定?给个“温柔”截止日
  • 别说: When can you decide? (开放式,易被拖延)
  • 推动版: "To secure production slots/special pricing, we kindly request your feedback/confirmation by [具体日期]." (给合理理由+明确期限)
  • 翻译: “为了锁死优惠价/排上生产线,求亲在[日期]前给个准信儿!”
  • 委婉施压版: "We’d greatly appreciate it if you could revert to us with your decision by EOD [日期]." (EOD = End of Day)
  • 翻译: “[日期]下班前给个痛快话?感恩的心!”

6.谈付款方式?别只说T/T!

  • 常见方式:
  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 电汇 (最常用)
  • L/C (Letter of Credit): 信用证 (安全但复杂) - "We require payment by irrevocable L/C at sight." (要求即期不可撤销信用证)
  • D/P (Documents against Payment): 付款交单
  • D/A (Documents against Acceptance): 承兑交单
  • 提问: "What are your preferred payment terms?" (贵司惯用啥姿势付款?)


7.样品费/运费谁承担?
  • 大方版 (想争取客户): "Sample fees are waived, but shipping costs will be borne by the buyer." (免样品费,运费到付)
  • 成本控制版: "A nominal sample fee is required, which will be deducted from your first bulk order. Freight charges apply." (收点样品费,下单可抵;运费另算)
  • 翻译: “样品可以白嫖,但邮费得自理!” 或 “样品意思意思收点钱,下大单还你!”


8.应对投诉?先安抚再解决!
  • 黄金句式: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are investigating the issue thoroughly and will propose a resolution within [时间]." (感谢-道歉-调查-解决)
  • 翻译: “感谢亲的鞭策!给您添堵了实在抱歉!小的这就去查个水落石出,[时间]内给您个交代!”


9.信用证条款太苛刻?请求修改

  • 别说: Your L/C terms are too strict! (太直接)
  • 协商版: "We've reviewed the L/C and found some discrepancies/points that need clarification. Could we request an amendment regarding [具体条款,如: shipment date, document requirements]?" (指出具体问题)
  • 翻译: “亲的信用证条款…有点小纠结(比如交货期/文件要求),能商量着改改不?”“


10.不可抗力”免责怎么说?
